1. We’re just getting started

Although we’ve been working towards this for years, the opening is only the starting line! There are so many things to figure out, and learn, and we couldn’t be more excited about the way our vision will continue to transform over time.

2. People are everything

From the guests that fill our dining room, to our team that helped to show them a wonderful time every night – it’s one thing for us to have a vision, but without the right people to execute it and people there to enjoy it, it would never be a special as it is.

3. We’re not crazy

When you work on something for so many years, it can start to feel like you’re the only one that believes in it. You start questioning yourself, asking things like “will anyone want this?” “Does anyone even care about regional Mexican cuisine?” “Are we crazy for doing this?”

Then, when everything comes together and you get to witness people having an incredible experience for the dining room that you built, you realize you weren’t that crazy after all.… well… Maybe a little.

We’re just getting started and we can’t wait to keep serving the city of Dallas and everyone that steps through our doors.

We’ve been dreaming of this for so long and now finally being able to serve you week in and week out, highlighting all the wonderful artisans that make it possible… it’s definitely a dream moment.

We are officially open 🥲

Thank you to everyone that joined us during our soft opening and last night for our official opening. We can’t express just how much means to us, the amount of love and support this city has shown us over the last years and now we just want to show you what we can do.

We’re excited to share this space with all our wonderful staff and showcase the incredible artisans we work with.
