Opening a restaurant is never easy, but despite all the challenges, it’s been incredible to feel the support from everyone that joins us for dinner.

You’ll often see a huarache served as a comforting street food.

When we brought it to our menu, we wanted to bring a new life to it - using Capra lamb leg and shoulder alongside escabeche and puree made with Texas carrots.
