Trey's Take: GET! THERE! This place is absolutely fantastic! It has that charming small-town vibe that everyone adores. The staff? Super friendly! The cashier was the sweetest and kindest person, making me feel right at home. I love walking into a genuine local business where everyone glances at you like, "We’ve got a newbie here, lol!" When I was ordering, I could tell the cashier knew I was new, too.

I told her I wanted the biggest CLUB sandwich, and she asked, "A large?" I enthusiastically replied, "Yes!" Then, she pointed to the giant saucer hanging on the wall and said, “That one!” I nodded, and said I might even want two of those bad boys. She just smiled and kept tapping away at the register, barely entertaining my wild ideas! I loved her spirit! Today wasn’t the day for Trey's Chow Down antics—at least not on a TUESDAY, LOL. But seriously, I was thinking, HoLY Sandwich! That thing is massive—totally Texas-sized!

Then I spotted the cookies! I exclaimed, “Oh wow, you have cookies?” and she pointed right at them 🍪. I quickly said, “Okay, I’ll take three!” She chuckled and said, “You mean two cookies and a brownie?” I replied, “Yes, that’s the cookie ticket! Sign me up!” Again, she just kept her fun attitude going. She was awesome!

I sat down, and suddenly I heard someone call, “TREY, TREY, OVER HERE!” I could barely see her face because my sandwich was so huge it was practically taking over the tray! WOW! I snapped some photos and dove right into that masterpiece.

The bun was so soft and fresh—definitely Texas-sized. It was stacked high with layers of meat and fresh veggies. Each bite of that club sandwich made me think, “I need more!” And don’t even get me started on the sweets, LOL. OH MY LORT!

Alvin Ord's is a solid 15 out of 10 for this food cowboy. I absolutely LOVED it! They’ve created a new official approved Trey's Chow Down delicious destination for all food lovers to enjoy.
