We had the honor of catering a beautiful wedding yesterday in Portland for Nicole and Calob!

The venue was a bit challenging — second floor with no elevator, stairs only, and nowhere to park and cook on-site. So we opted for a taco bar and it came out perfect.

Taco bars are always a great option for tight spaces. Simple, effective, and everyone enjoyed it!

We didn't get a chance to take photos this time, but it was a beautiful event
