Its combination of prime brisket, roasted chiles, smoked mushroom duxelle, melty cheddar, and jalapeño BBQ sauce helped set the tone for what guests could expect from our kitchen: bold flavors, thoughtful craftsmanship, and a willingness to do things a little differently.⁠
