Save $2/pound on all chicken and turkey sausages!* We make these in house with premium ingredients and an OFHCSMM (old-fashioned hand-cranked sausage makin’ machine) behind the Butcher Counter. They freeze great too, so load up on your favorite flavors or try them all.

October is National Co-op Month. Celebrated by cooperatives nationwide, Co-op Month is an opportunity to raise awareness about what makes the cooperative business model unique and how co-ops can help build stronger, more inclusive communities. This year’s theme is “Built for This Moment,” emphasizing that cooperatives were created to address market failures and respond to structural crises. Food co-ops, for example, were created to help build community food security.
