We were honored to host Full Glass Leadership at LucidWildEstate for their workshop, Leading Through Change & Innovation. 
 
Full Glass Leadership was founded by two of the Pacific Northwest w**e industry’s most respected and trailblazing leaders: 
 
Anna Maria Ponzi (Maria Ponzi) - Oregon w**e pioneer, author, former owner and president of Ponzi Vineyards, and Director of the Center for W**e Education at Linfield University, renowned for championing intentional leadership, regional collaboration, and sustainable industry growth. 
 
Sue (Sukhi) Martinez - Strategic w**e executive, credentialed coach (ICF), and seasoned industry builder dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders through organizational development, communication, and executive coaching. 
 
Together, Maria and Sue bring over 70 years of combined experience with a clear, vital mission: equipping w**e, beverage, and hospitality professionals with the tools, mentorship, and confidence to lead through times of transformation. 
 
The session was grounded in purpose and authentic conversation, featuring our own co-proprietor, L.J. Nicholas, as guest speaker. L.J. shared the real-world story behind bringing LucidWild Estate to life - navigating change, building a destination w**ery from the ground up, and creating spaces that rethink traditional hospitality. 
 
Following the workshop, the group gathered down in Jellies Speakeasy, our subterranean lounge, for a celebratory reception. Surrounded by good w**e and visionary thinkers, ideas flowed as freely as the conversation.

Sixteen courses, four sold-out nights, and one unforgettable residency at LucidWild Estate in the heart of the Dundee Hills. 

Wrapped up an extraordinary culinary journey as acclaimed Chef Sam Saltos Sam Saltos of Hiyaku took over the proprietor’s private residence for an intimate omakase experience like no other. 

With just 12 guests each seating and two seatings per night, the energy around the counter was pure magic. Chef Sam delivered traditional-style craftsmanship at the highest level - pairing pristine seafood flown directly from Tokyo’s Toyosu Market with peak Pacific Northwest ingredients, accompanied by our single-vineyard LucidWild w**es and rare artisanal sakes. 

To everyone who joined us at the table and shared in the conversation, the laughter, and every singular bite: thank you for making this residency so memorable. And a massive thank you to Chef Sam and the Hiyaku team for their artistry and vision.

Sunrise picks, purple-stained hands, and the electric hum of the crush pad: Harvest 2026 is officially in the books at LucidWild. 🍇✨

From the first light breaking over the estate blocks to the final bins rolling in under the stars, this vintage pushed every boundary. Mother Nature delivering amazing fruit from the dry-farmed estate vineyard with striking acidity, depth, and unmistakable estate character.

The LucidWild cellar is alive, the fermentations are singing, and the quiet magic of barrel aging begins.
A massive toast to our tireless and dedicated team at LucidWild, the hard-working vineyard crew and the incredible
