Field notes from Tim: the grapes are talking, and they're saying "almost ready" 🍇

We caught up with W**emaker Tim Jones out in the vineyard this week for a little harvest check-in. He's out there sampling clusters, watching the color deepen, and keeping a close eye on the sugars as they build — all the small signs that tell us the big moment is getting close.

There's a certain energy that takes over Four Graces as harvest approaches, and this year is no different. The rows are heavy, the anticipation is real, and the whole team is counting down the days.

It isn’t always true that you can tell a Pinot Gris from a Pinot Grigio. The latter is usually light and simple. The former often has more character, more dimension, more personality.
