We picked the last of our sweet corn this afternoon, tried out a corn-cutting hack (successful!) and made friends with the beefers. Nice to have the freezers filling up this harvest season!

Betty finally calved this morning! Nothing like waiting until the last possible day.
Introducing Betsy, our newest heifer calf! She’s a dream and nursed within a half-hour of birth. The kids and I are smitten!
