🚜 Meet the Team: Dale Pitstick, President 👋

You don’t have to look far to find the president of Roc-Pit Equipment — there’s a good chance he’s still right here in the office, answering the phone, talking equipment, and yes… even making a sale or two! 😉

Dale is a 6th-generation farmer and has been a MASCHIO GASPARDO dealer since 2020. With years of hands-on farming experience and deep knowledge of the equipment industry, Dale knows what it takes to get the job done in the field. He still actively farms today, keeping him closely connected to the challenges, needs, and realities that farmers face every season.

And if you ask Dale what his favorite part of the job is? Talking with customers about equipment. 🚜 He genuinely enjoys helping farmers find the right equipment for their operation and talking shop with the people who use it every day.

Outside of Roc-Pit and farming, Dale stays just as busy. You might find him:
🐶 Spending time with his Australian Shepherd, Woody
🏓 Playing pickleball
🏟️ At a sporting event
✈️ Somewhere in the air on an airplane
🌾 Serving as President of the Kane County Farm Bureau

A local farmer recently took the MASCHIO GASPARDO PONENTE LT 360 out for a demo to see how it performed in the field—and it’s always great to see our equipment put to work right here in our local farming community!

The PONENTE LT 360 is designed to keep things moving with an 11.8-ft working width, 5.25-ft swath width, 10-arm rotor, adjustable working height, and adjustable swath-forming curtain.

It was a pleasure to welcome Illinois Lieutenant Governor Juliana Stratton to Roc-Pit Equipment last Friday alongside the Illinois Soybean Association for a special conversation focused on the needs, challenges, and barriers facing agriculture today.

Agriculture touches all of us in some way — after all, we all have to eat! 🌱 It was an honor to be part of a conversation that brought together people who care deeply about the future of Illinois agriculture and the farmers who make it possible.

Today, Kane County Division of Transportation picked up their new Palma 720T, and we’re excited to see it put to work in the field!

☕️🚜 What a great morning at Roc-Pit Equipment yesterday!

We had an incredible turnout for our Meet & Greet, and we’re so thankful to everyone who stopped by, grabbed a cup of coffee, enjoyed some pastries, and spent time with us!

It was a great morning filled with good conversations, new connections, familiar faces, and plenty of time around the equipment. Whether you came with questions, were checking out some new equipment, or simply wanted to stop in and say hello, we truly appreciate you being here.

What a great afternoon of good food, great conversations, and even better team camaraderie yesterday! 🙌

We had a luncheon in our conference room yesterday, and it was a great opportunity for our sales team to step away from the day-to-day, connect, share ideas, and enjoy some time together.

A special thank-you to Mike Loux at MGNA for coming out, spending time with our sales team, and getting out in the field with us. We truly appreciate your time, partnership, and of course, the yummy lunch! 😋
