Our first official batch of cheese is here! After years of planning and hard work, our newly licensed cheese house is officially producing cheese. We couldn’t be more excited to share this milestone with you!

And there’s more! Deerland Dairy, a family-owned micro-dairy in Freeport, Illinois, is joining us at the farm today, offering samples of their delicious, creamy yogurts.

What are we growing now that the weather is getting colder? Plenty.

Fall is one of our favorite growing seasons. We’re still harvesting and planting organic produce, including beautiful kale, cabbage, cauliflower, potatoes, onions, leeks and more.

And our kitchen is keeping up with the harvest, turning farm ingredients into homemade soups, salads and ready-to-enjoy meals.
