Finally getting some sap boiled today. Hoping for another sap run this weekend when the temps drop again.

We finally are thawing out here in the sugar bush. Sap is flowing and the weather outlook ahead looks like it's going to be a good week for it to continue!

Running a new main sap line today (700 ft). This will add a little over 200 taps to our maple production for about 300 taps total.

We are getting our Christmas designs crafted. Here is the first peek at some of our ornaments ($10 each). Let us know if you are interested! We can engrave and customize most of them as desired. (dates, add names, etc.)

Egg production has doubled! Lol. 2 out of 3 hens are laying and it will be a while before the new 12 start laying. But at least it's something.

It's been a busy month and spring fever has hit us! Peppers, onions and lavender plants are growing well. Our diy incubator has 24 eggs in it. Loch and I finished the rabbit/chicken barn. Lots of new projects in the works for the coming months!

This warm weather has us really pumped up to get seeds going. Our order came in (and some from last year in there too). Only vegetable not shown is our onions - we seeded them a couple weeks ago. Planting the peppers in a flat today. Come on spring we are ready!!!
