Per Google :
Elderberry syrup is a potent natural remedy packed with antioxidants (especially anthocyanins), vitamins A, B, and C, and dietary fiber. It is primarily used to boost immune function, significantly reduce the duration and severity of cold and flu symptoms, and provide anti-inflammatory support for respiratory health.

Key Health Benefits of Elderberry Syrup:
Immune System Boost: Rich in antioxidants and flavonoids, it helps defend the body against pathogens and strengthens the immune system.
Cold and Flu Relief: Studies indicate it can shorten the duration and lessen the severity of influenza and colds.

Respiratory Support: It helps ease congestion, reduce mucus buildup, and soothe sore throats.
High in Antioxidants: Contains anthocyanins that neutralize free radicals, reducing oxidative stress and protecting cells.

Nutrient-Dense: Provides a good source of vitamins A, B, and C, along with potassium.

Heart and Metabolic Health: May help lower LDL cholesterol and manage blood sugar levels.
