HALF COWS AVAILABLE 2027

We still have half cows available for the first couple months in 2027 and the rest of the year get yours before they are gone! $7/lb hanging everything included cut to your personal cut sheet, a $500 deposit locks in your month for next year!

10 out of the 30 1/2 cow spots that we are offering in 2027 have been claimed! If you are interested in one of these remaining spots please send us a PM with the month you would prefer. Please note that your spot is not guaranteed until a $500 deposit has been given.

As we said in our previous post, we will be offering significantly less 1/2 cows & retail beef (sold individually by the package) in 2027. Thank you for your support & understanding.

🐮 Farm updates 🐮

We have made the decision to only offer 30 half cow spots in 2027 (for perspective we offered 42 in 2026) We have also made the decision to raise our prices to $7/lb. 1 of the 1/2 cow spots has already been filled leaving 29 still available. These spots are first come first serve, $500 deposit required to hold your spot.

If you are interested in one of these remaining 29 spots please send us a private message along with which month you would prefer your 1/2 cow and we will do our best to get you your preferred month.

We will also be offering significantly less retail beef sold by the package at our farm.
