roduction capacity of 3500 jars of jellies, jams, sauces per week. It's not just jelly...spread the love! Each of our products are handmade in small batches using organic, locally grown Texas ingredients. Our jams, jellies and sauces are infused with beer, wine or champagne to create unique and complex flavor profiles. The Jelly Queens was born out of a love for sustainable food, delicious flavors and words of encouragement. When company founder Donna Collins competed in season two of MasterChef with Gordon Ramsay, one of the judges advised her during the audition process that no matter what happened in the competition, she needed to get her food into production because it was some of the best he had ever tasted. The company’s growing product line is now sold in more than 50 specialty shops from Maine to Hollywood. The Jelly Queens won both the coveted Good Food Award and the WORLD Marmalade Award for their Blood Orange Lavender Marmalade and have a food-themed TV show in production.

WHO LIVES THERE:

→ A toad: your yard is its ENTIRE range
→ A box turtle: may live in your yard for 20-50 YEARS
→ A hummingbird: stops at your flowers during a 2,000-mile migration
→ A chimney swift: nests in your chimney, returns from Peru every spring
→ A firefly: survives or goes extinct based on YOUR pesticide decisions

THE MINIMUM:

So excited to announce that you can now find a weekly menu drop for The Jelly Queens on Hot Plate - here is our link ! Menu drops tonight for pick up next Saturday ! Right here in East Kessler Park Neighborhood Association Taking orders at the little house with the Pink Door. We're serving up a rotating menu of organic and homemade, locally sourced goodies including: Preserves, Pies, Pizza Kits, Pickles, Cookies, Cakes, Breads, Biscuits, Tea Party Boxes and a few delicious surprises along the way! Order online and pick up every Saturday. As always, everything is made with care, creativity, and just a little bit of Southern sass. Because life is too short for ordinary food.
