🎓 Kickstand is celebrating six of our very own this spring — and we couldn't be more proud.

Five members of our team are graduating from Northern Arizona University this season, and one incredible young person is walking across the stage at Flagstaff High School. Six milestones. Six futures. Six people who showed up — to class, to work, and to this community — with everything they had.

Working alongside them has been a genuine privilege. They've brought energy, heart, and perspective that made us better as a team and as a business. Our managers have learned from them. The owners have learned from them. And if you've ever been on the receiving end of their smile across the counter, we think you know exactly what we mean.

To the Flagstaff community: thank you for embracing them, celebrating them, and being part of their journey. This kafe has always been about more than coffee — it's about the people who make this town worth living in.

Congratulations, graduates. Lauren, Kipp, Grace, Ty, Lewis and Nico… You've earned every bit of this. 🍵💛
