🎇🇺🇸 The wait is finally over we have beef in the freezer. You will notice a slight price increase but that is due to the rising cost of everything related to growing and selling beef including the fact that we can almost sell it more as a live animal than we can having it butchered and then selling the meat. We are already at that point with our lambs and goats and we hope that does not become the reality for our beef as well. We simply cant afford to have it butchered and sell the meat and end up losing money compared to what it brings at the stock sale. If you need meat for this weekend we will be here all day today for on farm pick up or you can order for delivery next Friday. 🇺🇸🎇
⭕️Burger, stew meat and chipped steak is $10 a pound with a 10 lb limit on stew meat and chipped steak.
⭕️Burger patties are $12 for a pack of 4.
⭕️Steaks are $20 a pound for t bone, porterhouse, and New york strip.
⭕️Filet steaks are $25 a pound.
⭕️Steaks come in packs of two and average between 1.3 and 2.0 lbs per pack.
⭕️We also have breakfast, hot italian sausage and sweet italian sausage for sale for $8 a pound. 🇺🇸🎇

Happy beautiful spring Sunday morning. We are sold out of beef but we do have some excellent pork specials for this week. Special #1 1 lb bacon, 1 pack ham steaks, 2 packs pork chops, 2 packs sausage $50. Special #2 10 lbs sausage $75 choose from breakfast, sweet Italian, or hot Italian. Comes in one pound packs. Special #3 10 bs of beef soup bones for $20. Finally we have some liver and tongue and heart for sale as well. All specials available for on farm pick up by appointment or delivery on Friday. May 8.

We have some more specials for this week but first we would like to thank everyone who placed an order for our last minute specials last week. We still have the 10 lbs of burger special available this week and we still have Special #1 with 5 lbs of burger, 2 packs of patties, a chuck roast, a pack of short ribs, 1 pack stew meat and 1 pack chipped steak for $100. In addition we also have Special #2 this week that contains 2 packs of burger, 2 packs of pork chops, 2 packs of sweet italian sausage and 2 packs breakfast, 1 pack pork ribs, one pork roast and 2 packs sausage for $100. Special #4 contains 2 packs burger,2 packs of chipped steak 2 packs bacon, 2 packs pork chops, and one pork roast, and one pack short ribs for $100

We have a great surprise for everyone who has been waiting to order beef. We just picked up a beef and we can make deliveries tomorrow if you order before 9 p.m. tonight. Specials this week will be our burger special of 10 lbs of burger or burger patties $75. We have 10 lbs of beef ribs on sale this week for $30. We also have pork sausage 10 lbs for $75. Choose from breakfast, sweet or hot Italian sausage. Finally we have a pork special that contains 4 lbs of sausage 2 packs of pork chops and 1 pork roast for $60. We can also take custom orders containing sausage, pork chops, and pork roasts starting at $100. Orders can be picked up at the farm by appointment or delivered on Friday April 3.
