We were thrilled to represent Summit Restaurant Group at the Breastie Box Fundraiser! 🎀

Our catering team had a blast serving up favorites from across our family of restaurants, including Oscar Rub Wings from Village Tap, shrimp cocktail from Paula's, and sliders from Powers Hamburgers.

Thank you to everyone who made this event a success, and to our amazing team for their hard work and big smiles! 💕

What a night at the Bluffton Free Street Fair Night Parade! 🇺🇸

Our Bluffton crew walked the route Thursday evening representing Salvatori's and our whole restaurant family. We handed out candy along the way, and it was great to see so many smiling faces lining the streets of Bluffton.

Thank you to Bluffton Free Street Fair Association, Inc.r for another amazing year of bringing our community together. We're proud to be a part of it! ❤️

Let's be honest... nobody wants to be the one planning the office holiday party AND cooking for 50 people. 😅

That's where we come in. You pick the date, we handle the food, and you get the credit for throwing the best party of the year. 🎉

December calendars fill up fast (like, really fast), so lock in your holiday party early and cross one thing off the list before the chaos hits. 🎄

We're excited to introduce our new name: Summit Restaurant Group (SRG)! Same familiar restaurants, same local staples, same amazing group of classic eateries you know and love — now under one umbrella that lets us serve our community even better. Nothing has changed except our name. From catering for every occasion to our family serving yours, we're proud to keep bringing great food to Northeastern Indiana. From our family to yours!

What a fantastic program at Rotary today! 🍽️✨

We had the pleasure of hearing from Jeremy McClain, along with Panos and Stephanie Bourounis, as they introduced Summit Restaurant Group—the new umbrella expanding the identity of Salvatori’s Hospitality Group!

While Salvatori’s isn't going anywhere (and is getting ready to celebrate its 20th anniversary this September! 🎉), Summit Restaurant Group is dedicated to preserving and honoring iconic Fort Wayne local staples. Their growing family of local favorites includes:
🍔 Powers Hamburgers (85 years of memories!)
🐟 Paula’s on Main & Paula's Seafood Market
🥩 Shorty’s Steakhouse (in Garrett)
🍻 Acme Bar and Grill
🍺 The Village Tap & Nick's Martini Bar
🥗 SRG Catering

Jeremy spoke on how their mission deeply aligns with Rotary’s values of Service Above Self. For their team of 450+ employees, food is the platform—but people, hospitality, and preserving the community fabric of Fort Wayne are at the heart of everything they do.

Thank you to the Summit Restaurant Group team for taking the time to share your story, your vision for local hospitality, and for signing today’s book for the Washington Elementary library! 📚

Because events don't run themselves. 🍽️

A wedding. A gala. A brand launch. A festival. Different briefs, same reality, a lot of moving parts, all at once.

Picking the menu? That's the easy part. It's the timelines, the staffing, the access, the service flow, and knowing exactly what to do when something inevitably shifts, that makes or breaks the room.

That's how we work: plan beyond the brief, anticipate every moving part, and manage the logistics so service feels effortless. No hand-holding. No micromanaging. No drama.

What you get is one less supplier to chase, one less thing on your to-do list, and the quiet confidence that it's already handled.

We're not a caterer you have to manage, that's kind of the point.
