We're kicking it off by attending the Wausau Night Market ( ) this Thursday.

Saturday will be a bit closer to home, with our farmstand open for a hours in the morning.

Last, but not least, I'll be at the Eagle River Farmers Market on Sunday.

When you pre-order, you can choose to have your birds left whole (perfect for soups, grilling, roasts, etc.) or broken down into breasts, wings, legs, etc. for convenient meal prep.

One of my favorite ways to use round steak is in a stir fry.

It’s easy, it’s delicious, and the leftovers freeze soooo well. With just a smidge of prep, it makes for an easy weeknight meal that your whole house will love.

Plus, one of the best things about stir fry is that you can tweak it to whatever produce is already in your fridge or freezer, so no extra shopping trips are needed.
