One of my favorite ways to use round steak is in a stir fry.

It’s easy, it’s delicious, and the leftovers freeze soooo well. With just a smidge of prep, it makes for an easy weeknight meal that your whole house will love.

Plus, one of the best things about stir fry is that you can tweak it to whatever produce is already in your fridge or freezer, so no extra shopping trips are needed.

But here’s the thing - it’s not the cut’s fault. It’s just not meant to be cooked like a ribeye or a T-bone.
