Benefits of infrared sauna:❤️

Relaxation & stress relief — Helps you unwind and may promote better sleep.
Muscle recovery — May ease muscle soreness and tension.
Improved circulation — Heat increases heart rate and widens blood vessels.
Cardiovascular health — May support heart health, though infrared-specific evidence is still limited.
Temporary pain relief — May help relieve some joint stiffness and chronic pain.
Skin health — Increased blood flow may temporarily improve skin appearance.
Sweating & fluid loss — Promotes sweating, but does not meaningfully detoxify the body.
Calorie burning — Slightly increases energy expenditure, but is not a proven weight-loss method.
