Never underestimate the power of a few broody hens. I did 😂 and it left me scrambling to rig up a brooder until we can get the big one out of the barn tomorrow. So far we have 18 chicks with more showing signs of hatching. 🐣

As strawberry season begins we will be bringing back one of our customer favorites, 🍓strawberry yogurt.

We love using our freeze dryer to capture all the nutrients and freshness of the season and it allows us to have that flavor available to you longer. In the coming weeks we will be busy prepping and freeze drying fresh berries to use all summer long! 🍓

Lush pastures for grazing are coming on strong, and that means Spring butter is here!

Did you know that the components of raw milk, such as butterfat, change with the seasons. In the springtime cows are able to graze on fresh nutrient dense grass which makes their milk higher in fat content and perfect for making butter 🧈

Drop by the farm to take advantage of the seasons bounty. We are well stocked with butter and cream!

Worried you won’t use it before the suggested “best by” date? Freeze it! Butter freezes and thaws well for future use, or use the frozen butter to grate into those fluffy homemade biscuit recipes! đŸ¶
