Our crew has been working hard to process peaches and prepare them for the freeze dryer. This allows us to offer peach yogurt well beyond the peak growing season.

If you’ve been by the farm for pickup you’ve already had the chance to snag some peach yogurt, but if you haven’t, don’t worry, more is coming next week. 🍑

Unfortunately, due to a dramatic reduction in our laying flock due to predator attacks, as well as a drop in production, eggs will be available on a very limited basis.

We apologize for any inconvenience as we wait for some of our up and coming hens to begin laying.

In the meantime, we recommend Green Pasture Farm & Hatchery and Faithful Fields Farm, as well as your local farmers markets, including Elizabethton Farmers Market.

🥛 Bottling Milk
Stocking the Farm Fridge
Starting Yogurt
Blending Yogurt
🧼Washing and Sanitizing
🧹Cleaning and Washing the Parlor

And that’s just the portion dealing with the dairy, we still have pigs 🐖, chickens 🐓, goats 🐐, beef cattle 🐄, and one very special horse 🐴 to attend to.

ALL Available Pigs have been RESERVED!!!

Pigs will be heading to the processor at Washington County Meat Packing, the second and fourth weeks of August, we have 1.5 pigs left available for reservation. Please contact us if you want a whole or half hog.

We will also be offering sausage and select cuts of pork for sale by the pound at the farm!!!
