Have you ever seen water glassed eggs?? Have you ever done it?? Yeah us either, but here we are killin it!

Apparently water glass eggs are a great way to preserve eggs for 12-18 months and yes, they are still good to eat. You can bake with them, make scrambled eggs out of them.
So, if there is ever an egg shortage or egg crisis or heck if the hens just decide they aren't laying anymore and go on strike, well you'll still have eggs.
The Amish do it and its something that people have done for centuries. Like back in the day, when there was horse & carriage.
So, if you are interested in learning how to water glass eggs, comment below & Ill do a video just for you guys on how to do it. It will be the easiest thing you've ever done and of course we have the eggs just for you to do it!

On May 21st it was processing day for the meat birds.
We seriously can't thank Jason at Northern Path MeatWorks enough for coming out and processing our 13 birds. It's always such a joy to have you out! We either have some late bloomers or the hens started laying again after taking the winter off. Look how tiny those eggs are. 🤣
