🐷 **UPDATE: OUR BUTCHER DATE GOT PUSHED BACK (And that is great news for you!)** 🐷

Hey y'all! Sometimes schedules shift, and our upcoming butcher date just got pushed back a little bit. But honestly? That is a huge win for you because it gives you a few extra days to get in here and reserve your freezer meat before it is too late!

If you have been thinking about stocking up, now is your absolute last chance to get on the list.

# # # 🥓 **THE PRICING DETAILS:**
We are offering custom cuts at **$10 per pound**, and you can choose between reserving a Half Hog or a Whole Hog.

# # # 💰 **HOW THE DEPOSIT WORKS (Plain & Simple):**
To lock in your spot, we require a deposit upfront:
* **Half Hog:** $400 Deposit
* **Whole Hog:** $600 Deposit

**Here is the important part:** Your deposit is NOT an extra fee! Think of it like a down payment. Whatever amount you put down for your deposit comes directly out of your final total.

Because every single animal weighs a little differently, we will not have your exact final total until the butcher is completely finished. Once we know the final weight, we will calculate your total at $10/lb and simply subtract your deposit from that final number!

Processing usually takes up to **4 weeks**, which gives you plenty of time to clear out some space in your freezer for all that fresh, local pork!

Spelt Flour Nutrition - What You Actually Get in the Flour
One of the biggest reasons bakers choose spelt flour is its nutritional profile. Because spelt flour is milled directly from the grain, it naturally contains protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals that contribute to both flavor and function in baking. Most spelt flour contains roughly 12–15% protein, along with important nutrients like magnesium, iron, zinc, phosphorus, and B vitamins.
