Update for HLFM on Sat, June 13..........last of the 2026 asparagus but looked what Tommy found this morning!! New potatoes and sugar snap peas will be on the table tomorrow! Stop by and get yours for an easy summer meal!

Kalmar is your official summer produce headquarters! ☀️

Summer squash and zucchini are here and ready for your table. These summer favorites are packed with fiber and vitamins A and C, and they’re great roasted, grilled, sautéed, or added to soups and casseroles.

When picking squash, look for small to medium-sized ones with smooth, glossy skin and no bruises.

𝗙𝘂𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁: Summer squash is technically a fruit because it has seeds inside, but we all know it as a vegetable once it hits the dinner table!

Today marks the 50th anniversary of Susan’s high school graduation! She must have been a real child prodigy… because she’s only 29 now, right??!! 😂
