Gulch Distillers is a local business and craft distillery that ferments, distills, and bottles vodka, gin, spiced rum, apple brandy, and fernet. We create craft cocktails that showcase our spirits in our tasting room and we offer bottles of our spirits for sale for off-site consumption. This is a locally owned and family run business. Learn to make syrups with us this Sunday!

Since our license prohibits us from using common liqueurs, we must incorporate desirable flavors through more crafty methods in order to build our cocktail program. Chiefly among those is the use of syrups. In our last class on this subject, during our Summer Cocktail Class Series, we covered Honey Syrup, Ginger Syrup, and Grapefruit Punch. This time, we will share our next most used recipes that bring vibrant flavors and characters to our cocktails.

Cocktails for a Cause: Grandstreet Theatre!

We’re raising a glass to Grandstreet Theatre’s Spotlight Series and two shows hitting the stage September 11 & 12.

To celebrate, we’ve created two special cocktails inspired by the productions:

Wisconsin Nice: A Wisconsin-style Brandy Old Fashioned inspired by Swing State
A Little Bit Wilde: A wild Wh***ey Sour inspired by A Man of No Importance

For every Wisconsin Nice or A Little Bit Wilde purchased in the tasting room, Gulch Distillers will donate $5 to Grandstreet Theatre.

The shows are only on stage this weekend, so come enjoy one of these special cocktails and help us raise a glass—and some funds—for Grandstreet Theatre.
