We are planning for our spring meat chickens.
Our first group arrives in March, processing in May.
We are raising Pioneer cross. $3.69/ # whole, $3.79/ # spatchcocked or 8 piece cut.
Please let us know how many you want to reserve. Birds range from 4.5 # up to 7 #.
Also have one beef for slaughter in April. Offering 1/4 and 1/2 shares. Custom cut and wrapped to your requests.
$6.00/ # rail weight. Slaughter/hang, cut/wrap is all included for the $6/ # rail weight.

Merry Christmas!
If you are looking for eggs, our ladies are not slowing down! $3.00/dozen.
Ladies enjoyed, alfalfa flake, oats, chili flakes, oregano and pumpkin, and today we added some kefir.

The boys got some pumpkin this early afternoon and as always, they had faces covered in alfalfa and orchard grass.

We have one pasture raised grass fed/finished beef available in late April 2026. We are asking $6.00/ # rail weight, this price includes slaughter, custom cut to order and wrap. We offer 1/4s, 1/2 and whole. Rail weight should be in the 600 # range. Steer in the back of photos will be the one available, also photos of ribeyes and carcass of some of our fall 2025 beef. Good morning,
We are processing our last cycle of meat chickens. We have 15 birds left, for sale. Please message me as soon as possible, if you are wanting chicken for the winter months.
We will not bring in anymore until late Feb. of next year. It is roughly an 8-12 week raising cycle.
We offer, whole, spatchcock and 8 piece cut.
These birds are Freedom Rangers and carcasses weights will be 4.5 #-7 #.

Definitely slower than I was a few years ago. Started dispatching about 10:30 and last one was hung in cooler just before 7 pm.
I will have more hogs available this spring.

Weekend of the 8th I will be slaughtering and processing 4 hogs. In January/February I have access to more hogs locally raised and ethically sourced.
Please let me know if you would like a half or whole hog.
In 5 weeks our Freedom Ranger meat chickens will be available for slaughter. We have roughly 20 chickens available.
Please let me know how many you would like….first come, first serve. You are buying a live bird, carcass weights range from 4-7 # and will cost $16-$26/ bird. We offer whole, spatchcock or 8 piece cut.

As we move towards the end of year, we are working on improved fence line and minor projects. Our goal is to add meat goats for spring of 2026.
Also, for spring of 2026, we will have a half of beef available. Please contact regarding details and deposit info.
In the interum, we have hanging cooler space for fall harvests as well as successful hunters.

Lori is finishing out the garden items.
We harvested 9 of our meat chickens, we still have 16 to slaughter and process.
Place order before this coming weekend.
I have 2 of our 3 fall beef processed and have started making our share deliveries.
We have 1/2 beef available, for spring and currently 1 beef available for fall off 2026.
We are accepting deposits, to hold.
