💵 MIDWAY PAYMENT INFO:
The $32 listed ride price is the cash price and includes the $2 armband activation fee. Magic Money/Hildebrand Rides charges a $4 card transaction fee when purchasing an armband or goods. Cash transactions require exact change, and Magic Money kiosks do not give change back.

After weeks of planning, prepping, spending money, questioning my sanity, and approximately 47 mental breakdowns… THE DAILY TEA IS FAIR READY!!! 🤣🤪

After a little rain (okay… a LOT of rain 🌧️😂), we finally got the word:

We’ve been prepping, mixing, packing, labeling and basically living and breathing FAIR PREP over here. 😂 And we cannot WAIT to finally set up and start slinging teas!

UPDATE!! Opening Friday 10/09 at 5PM!!

🌧️ IMPORTANT 2026 NEFL FAIR UPDATE 🌧️

Mother Nature has decided to make herself part of Fair Week this year!

Due to the continued rain and current grounds conditions, our midway provider has been unable to safely bring in all of the equipment and complete ride setup.

After speaking with our midway provider and evaluating the conditions, the Northeast Florida Fair will NOT open Thursday, October 8 as originally scheduled.

🎡 At this time, we are planning to open Friday, October 9, weather and grounds permitting. Depending on conditions, opening may need to be delayed until Saturday.

We know how excited everyone is — trust us, we are too! But the safety of our fairgoers, vendors, entertainers, midway crews, volunteers, and everyone working behind the scenes has to come first.

Our crews are continuing to work as conditions allow, and we will share another update as soon as we have a confirmed opening day and time.

Whew… we’ve been a little quiet over here because we’ve been BUSY getting everything ready for the fair! 🎡⚡️🩷

And now… Mother Nature said, “Actually, no.” 😂🌧️

With all the rain we’ve had, the fairgrounds are simply too wet, and opening night has officially been delayed. We know everyone was excited and ready to get this thing started — we definitely were! — but we hope everyone is understanding of what had to be an incredibly difficult decision. At the end of the day, there’s only so much you can do when the ground is absolutely saturated.

We’ll be ready to roll as soon as the fair is! 🎡🙌🏼 And trust me… we’ve been PREPPING. 😮‍💨🤣

BUT — The Daily Tea bar is OPEN! 🩷⚡️

The fair delay doesn’t change our regular tea bar hours, so come see us, grab your favorite drink, and help us drink our feelings about all this rain. 😂☔️🥤

We’ll keep you posted as we know more about the fair — and in the meantime, we’ll see y’all at the tea bar! 💕

FAIR OPENING DELAYED TO FRIDAY

Opening day of the Northeast Florida Fair will be delayed by one day due to the weather. Opening night is now Friday.
With more than 10 inches of rain over the past few days, NEFL Fair President Keith Wingate shared the decision Wednesday morning.
Hildebrand Amusement Rides brings the carnival to the fair each year and has steadily been setting up despite the weather, but is not able to bring all of its equipment in or set all of the rides up fully due to the rain.
“We have agreed that due to inclement weather we are not going to open until Friday,” Wingate said.
The fair trustees will make a decision soon on whether the livestock events will continue as scheduled or if times will alter.
