We don't always post when we have a loss here but ms muscovy is worth mentioning. For whatever reason she decided today was the day to fly into one of dog yards while the wolfhounds were out. I stopped her 3 times prior and thought she had moved on from that idea. I will forever wonder why. I am seriously sad over losing her. She was such a character and such a good mommy. Sometimes farmlife sucks. Rip sweet girl. You were loved even if you were "just a duck"

In today's episode of, "I can't see s**t out of this mask!!"

Applejack had an infected eye and Kevin had to put a mask on him to protect it while it heals.

Not familiar with horse masks, Kevin pulled off the ol' backwards and upside down...

"BABE...THIS DOESN'T LOOK RIGHT!!"

It wasn't.

Kat came to Applejack's rescue and now Kevin knows how to put on an equine mask.

What will these kids get into next time on the Funny Farm?!?!

Ducklings - age just hatched to 5 weeks old-$ 8 to 15 each

Fancy feather- naked neck, frizzle and smooth, silkie mix- age 2 to 4 weeks-
$8 to 12 each

SERAMA- just hatched to 6 weeks and older- $15- 40 each

Goslings- 2 Chinese white- $40 for both

Thank you baby Jesus! Well really thank you to my awesome husband! We now have an electric wire run in our goat pasture! No more walking the fence line 10 times a day unsticking baby goat horns from the fence! No more neighbors calling and stopping to tell us baby goats are stuck in the fence! (I know our neighbors are grateful too)
Thank you to all those who did stop to tell us. Problems #979- 1053. Solved! Lol
Now on to the next 50 projects.

Please stop feeding the animals! Its dangerous!
Now this this morning! A ton of sunflower seeds dumped over our fence. Did you know these will kill some animals causing blockage. Please stop feeding other peoples animals. If you want to help. You can give money towards the copious amounts of hay and feed we give these animals! Yes. I am now irritated. We have a lot going on this morning and I am out her raking up sunflower seeds! Whoever is doing this i am sure you mean well but please stop.
