It's the year of the crabs! We're pressing a lot of crabbies this season. Some ferments have one variety, and one blend has multiple varieties. One crab is red-fleshed, and you can really see the color in the pomace and in the hose. Excited to see how it all turns out.

It was a double batch press day in preparation for CIDERFEST. In this week's mix we have quite the medley: Liberty, Macoun, Cortland, Yellow Delicious, Ida Red, Fuji, and Fortune. A glass during jugging gave us the fortitude we needed! Pick up a jug this weekend and celebrate the harvest with us! Saturday and Sunday 1-6 PM.
