🚨 WANTED: DEAD OR DELICIOUS. 🌵🔥

There’s a new outlaw riding into The Hive this Friday… and this one is armed with BIRRIA.

We’re starting with two crispy-edged smash patties, each buried under melted mozzarella, then loading it up with our slow-cooked birria beef, charred on the flat top for those crispy little edges.

Then comes the secret weapon… 🌽🔥

A tortilla dipped in birria consommé and griddled crispy, tucked right into the burger for that extra crunch.

Finished with optional fresh chopped white onion & cilantro, piled onto a Costanza bun, and served with a cup of that rich birria consommé for dipping.

We are at the West Seneca Farmers’ Market today 4-7. Only one week left after this week to come check us out.. We are excited to be Findley Lake Forward for their 28th Harvest Festival this weekend Sept 4th thru the 6th. We will have a variety of mead flavors for sampling to purchase, so come see us.. The Ancient Order of Hibernians Olean Area Celtic Festival is finally here this weekend!!! Bee Spit is very excited to be part of this Festival on Friday 8/28 & Saturday 8/29!!!
