Fishkill Farms is an apple orchard and diversified fruit and vegetable farm in the town of East Fishkill, New York. We grow apples, peaches, berries, cherries, and other fruits, all of which are available in season for pick-your-own. We also have diverse organically grown vegetable plantings, and pasture-raised chickens. Our goal as a farm is to produce fresh, healthy and sustainably grown food fo

r local customers. Visitors can get our produce at our farm store (where other locally produced foods are available) or at any of the several farmer's markets we attend in Brooklyn & the Hudson Valley.

September is here, which means it's time for our Fall Harvest Festivals! 🎉🍎🍂 Join us for 8 full weekends of festivities starting on September 12th (including Monday, Oct. 12th) for apple picking, cider sipping, live music listening, donut eating and all-around harvest fun in the beautiful Hudson Valley.

🍎 We grow over 80 varieties of pick-your-own apples. Two-thirds of them are eco-certified and one-third is certified organic. Not all 80 varieties ripen at once, so be sure to check our seasonality page to see when your favorites are in season. Though the frost we experienced in April did affect some varieties, we expect to have enough to carry us through the season!

🎃 Pumpkin season begins mid-September and continues through October. We'll have plenty available for picking in the patch and for sale outside of our farm store.

🌳 We’re open for picking *Tuesday-Sunday.
*We will be open on Monday, Oct. 12th for Columbus Day, and closed on Tuesday, Oct. 13th.

🚜 Catch a scenic wagon ride around the farm on Saturdays & Sundays (+Monday, Oct. 12th), which are included in your PYO reservation.

🚗 Driving into the orchard has begun. Please mind our orchard speed limit of 5mph and follow orchard signage. Park in designated parking spots only-do not park in between the rows of trees.

🎟️ We've added PYO reservations from now through November 1st. November reservations will be posted later in the season.
🛑 Remember, reservations are required and must be made through our website.

🥂 The outdoor Treasury Cider Bar is open Thursday through Sunday! Sip on a flight or glass of cider while taking in the farm landscape.

🍗 Our Farmer's Fork food stand will be open Saturdays & Sundays from 11 am-5 pm, with Las Mananitas, Farmers and Chefs, Hooked, and Graze & Harvest also in attendance.

Honeycrisp season has ARRIVED! 🍎 One of our most anticipated apple varieties is officially ripe and ready for Pick-Your-Own. Known for their signature crunch, juicy texture and perfect balance of sweet and tart, Honeycrisp are always a favorite around here. We’re also excited to announce our Sunflower Reservations, a new option for those who want to focus their PYO experience on sunflowers only. Come spend time in the orchard and fields, then stay awhile for good food, hard cider and live music 🌻

😋 The Farmer’s Fork serves lunch Saturdays & Sundays, with a rotating seasonal salad and other delicious options, plus cold apple cider slushies that just hit different on a summer day! Don't forget to stop by the Treasury Cider Bar for crisp hard cider, local beer and wine, Bavarian pretzels with queso, and more.

🎶 Relax in the afternoon enjoying live music on the porch from 12–3 pm. Chris Marcin .marcin plays Saturday, followed by Chris Shamkin on Sunday.

🍎 We’re looking forward to our first ever Cider Excursion coming up on Thursday, September 3rd from 5–6 pm!

Go behind the scenes and discover how our hard Treasury Cider makes its way from orchard to glass. We’ll start with a walking tour of our cider production facility before heading out on a wagon ride tour through the orchard, where you’ll enjoy a guided tasting of five 3 oz pours of Treasury Cider in a branded souvenir picnic glass.

Along the way, our head cidermaker and assistant farm manager will share more about what we grow here, the history of hard cider, our farming practices, and the process behind making our own cider.

It’s a chance to learn, taste, and enjoy a beautiful evening out in the orchard 🍏 You won't want to miss it!

Meet us on the porch for Pilates & Pours 🧘‍♀️💪🥂
Thursday, September 3rd | 5:30–6:30 pm

Spend your Thursday evening moving, breathing, and soaking up the views with certified instructor Nadia Hourani-Geary. This 50-minute mat Pilates class takes place on our covered wraparound cider porch, surrounded by orchards and mountain views. Come ready to work your core, build strength, stretch it out, and leave feeling refreshed. All fitness levels are welcome!

Then comes the pour: enjoy a 9 oz pour of Treasury Cider on tap (or N/A beverage) after class, included with your ticket 🍏 The bar will remain open until 7 pm.
