Fishkill Farms is an apple orchard and diversified fruit and vegetable farm in the town of East Fishkill, New York. We grow apples, peaches, berries, cherries, and other fruits, all of which are available in season for pick-your-own. We also have diverse organically grown vegetable plantings, and pasture-raised chickens. Our goal as a farm is to produce fresh, healthy and sustainably grown food for local customers. Visitors can get our produce at our farm store (where other locally produced foods are available) or at any of the several farmer's markets we attend in Brooklyn & the Hudson Valley.

🌽 Corn Maze for a Cause: Stop by the maze to meet Safe Haven Farm Sanctuary on Saturday and Stony Kill on Sunday to learn all about the organizations we’re supporting.
🎟 Reservations are required for orchard access, pick-your-own and hayrides. We do sell out, so if you've been waiting to book for this weekend, now is the time. Once our main parking lot is full, we will begin to turn away those without reservations.

Got plans this Friday night? 🎤 Open Mic & Food Truck Night is back on October 16th! Come hang out on the Treasury C***r porch, grab some food from From the Ground Up Food Truck, enjoy a c***r, and listen to some local talent.

Have a song you’ve been dying to play, a poem to share, a standup routine you've been wanting to try? We’d love to have you! If taking the mic isn’t your thing, you're welcome to simply come enjoy the show and support the performers.

🎙Open Mic takes place 4:30–6:30 pm, and From the Ground Up will be serving from 11 am–6:30 pm. Performers can sign up at the bar when they arrive. Sets are generally 15 minutes, or about 3 songs. No reservations required!

It's about to be a Monday wellll spent 🍂🍎 We're open for an extended Fall Harvest Festival this Monday, October 12th! Come pick apples and pumpkins, soak up the changing fall colors, enjoy live music, grab a fresh c***r donut, a meal from one of the food vendors, and settle in for a beautiful day. Excellent autumnal vibes included ☺️

🍏 A few pro tips and reminders for the Fall Festival Season:
- Pick-Your-Own reservations are required and are made through our website.
- If the first few trees in a row labeled “Ripe” look picked over, explore farther down the row. With 23 varieties currently ripe, there are plenty of apples waiting to be picked. Our helpful Farm GPS Map shows your location with a moving blue dot to help you navigate the orchard. Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes.
- Beat the afternoon rush! Grab food and c***r donuts early, and visit the store before lines get longer.
- Feel free to bring a blanket to spread out on our grassy hillside, and a reusable water bottle to refill at our water station on the porch.
- Dogs are Not allowed in the orchard or inside the farm store. They are permitted on leashes in our main courtyard and porch area, but keep in mind it can be overwhelming for pets as it can be busy and loud.
- Most importantly, have fun! We love sharing the farm with our community and hope you make wonderful memories here.

With Monday being a holiday, we're heading into a 3-day Fall Harvest Festival!
🌧🌞 Pick-Your-Own, hayrides, corn maze, donut window, Treasury C***r Bar, Farm Store, and Farmer’s Fork food stand are all open rain-or-shine. Our additional food vendors and live music may change due to weather, which we will share updates on via our social media stories.

🎟 Reservations are required for pick-your-own. Saturday is sold out, but we currently have plenty of availability for Sunday and Monday. Remember that you cannot make a reservation for an available future day, then try to check-in for it on a sold out date. Pro tip: Come early to get donuts, shop the farm store and grab a meal before the lines get long!

As we begin October, the leaves are changing rapidly, adding splashes of beautiful color to the orchard and mountain views. With crisp autumn air, newly ripening apples, and perfect spots for those classic fall photos, it's a great month to visit the farm 🍁🌞🐑✨

🎟 Reservations are required for pick-your-own, and we are nearly sold out for Saturday and filling up quickly for Sunday. While reservations are not required to visit the farm store, c***r bar, food vendors, or enjoy the live music, our main parking lot can fill up on busy days! If our main parking lot reaches capacity, we will need to turn away visitors without a reservation.
