• A Colonial-era Food and Beverage Talk with Sara Evenson, a food historian who studies the cultural creation of kitchen spaces in New York's 18th century. (12 p.m., 4 p.m.)
• Tales of Revolutionary Dutchess County told by Jonathan the Storyteller - Hudson Valley's Jonathan Kruk , the Hudson Valley's master storyteller.
