Good afternoon my Culinary Heretics!

This is our last regular Meal Kit / Meal Prep menu for Houston. The following week is going to be a special menu with some more fancy/fun items available!

We decided to end it with the Meal Kit that started it all... our Achiote Marinated Chicken Tacos! Last chance to stock up on Taco Chicken for a bit! The Chicken comes in 1 lb vacuum sealed bags for easy freezer storage. Just cut the bag open and heat for EZ mid week dinners! This kid comes with everything to make street tacos! We also have Ceviches, Guac, Queso and other fun things ready!

Delivery will be on Wednesday again next week!

Good afternoon my Culinary Heretics!!

Next week's Meal Kit is Heretic Dips!

We take Prime Eye of Round, Brine it for 2 days, Sous Vide it over night then smoke it in our special Oak, Apple and Cherry Blend. Sliced thin and vacuum sealed for freshness. Turn it into a Heretic Dip w/ Locally Sourced Hoagies Rolls, Jalapeno Ranch, Caramelized Onions, Provolone & Ancho Jus! This Kit also comes with a Large Garden Salad w/ Honey Vin!

We have a couple caterings early week so delivery next week is gonna be WEDNESDAY. Cut off for orders will be Monday.

Good Evening my Culinary Heretics!

Next week is Week 1 of our Final 4 Weeks and we're coming with our #2 all time best seller! Nana Terri's Drunk Burgers!

This was a staple dinner for us growing up and a huge favorite that brought all our friends over! Four 1/2 # Burger Patties seared & baked w/ our Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce, Local Lager & 12 hour Caramelized Onions & served w/ Hamburger Buns. This meal comes w/ Baked Mac & Cheese!

We're swapping to our final Houston Meal Prep Menu a week early since there's only 4 weeks left! This time I decided to mix in most of my regulars favorites AND some of my own!

Cut off for orders is Saturday afternoon this week with deliver Monday Mid Afternoon!

Good Afternoon my Culinary Heretics

Today I have to make a hard announcement. Our last day servicing the Houston Area will be July 20th.

The last few months have been a trying time personally with the passing of my brother and just life in general. The Universe has thrown us a great many curve balls over the years and it’s time for us to follow some of them down some new paths. Over the next few months we will be transitioning to the Austin area. These new paths will hopefully lead us to opportunities to grow CH to even higher levels!

First and foremost, I want to thank every single person who ever gave us a shot.

-Thank you to every client we have ever catered for, especially all of our many repeat customers!

-Thank you to anyone who just ordered once… to all the people who ordered for a while or those who come and go sporadically… and ESPECIALLY a HUGE Thank You to my long time regulars… many of whom I have been taking care of for OVER 6 YEARS. Thank you for bringing me and my food into your homes. Thank you for trusting me with taking care of you and being some small part of your lives. Thank you for providing for MY family in return.

-And last, but not least…. Thank you to all the absolutely amazing FRIENDS ive made along the way. This isnt goodbye… this is… “Don’t worry, I’ll bring you food when I come visit next.” 😉
No seriously... This isnt Good Bye! Culinary Heresy isnt ending… we’re just moving! We’ll be starting service again in the Austin Area some time in August or early September. We’re going to be switching things up a bit but one thing absolutely wont ever change… Fun Menus. FRESH scratch made food. Premium Ingredients. ALL the Love.

We have 4 weeks of deliveries left so order while you can! The next few weeks will be our Greatest Hits. We’re going to be doing Drunk Burgers, Achiote Chicken Tacos (The thing that started this all!), Heretic Dips and one week is going to be something… extra… over the top. We’re gonna have fun on the way out! Our Meal Prep Menu is also going to be a bit of greatest hits as well!

Next week’s menus will be posted tomorrow so I’ll see you all then!

Next Weeks Family Meal Kit is gonna be our Shrimp Boil Bake! This is one of our best sellers and we'll have limited supplies available!!!

2 # of Jumbo Shrimp, Spicy Sausage, Garlic, Carrots, Potatoes, Corn & Fresh Herbs tossed in Our Cajun Butter Sauce & baked to Perfection. This comes w/ Ponzu Cocktail Sauce and Locally Sourced Dinner Rolls.

Sunday is Fathers Day and I am gonna spend time with my Kiddo... so cook day will be Monday with Tuesday Delivery next week!

Our spin on the Viral "Swim" Queso Chicken and Rice! Roasted Chicken, Caramelized Onions, Stewed Tomatoes, Chilies, Fresh Herbs over Spanish Rice. Topped w/ Queso & Cheddar Jack Cheese! This kit also comes with a House Salad and Chocolate Chip Cookies!
