Not all butter needs to be Demi-Sel. 🧈

One of our favorites to reach for is Piment d'Espelette, made with the famous Basque pepper from the French Pyrenees.

Its vibrant orange color might make you think it's spicy, but Piment d'Espelette is actually mild, bright, and slightly sweet, with just enough warmth to make this butter incredibly versatile.

Spread it on a crusty baguette from our friends at Magnol Bakery , melt it over corn on the cob, toss it with sautéed vegetables, or fold it into scrambled eggs.
