October’s Caviar Club box has arrived.

This month, our Premium members are getting a taste of France alongside their caviar: Osetra Black Caviar paired with French butter, plus two optional pairings to complete the experience — classic blinis or pesto chips.

Each month, our Caviar Club boxes are thoughtfully curated by our team with a new selection of caviar, gourmet pairings, pantry favorites, and specialty products. No two boxes are quite the same, so there’s always something new to discover.

It’s our way of bringing a little of the DR Delicacy experience straight to your door.

The butter is back and just in time for fall. 🍂🧈

Our latest Beurre Bordier shipment has arrived, so we’re putting those beautiful flavored butters to work beyond the baguette.

A few fall pairings we’re loving:
🌶️ Piment d’Espelette → warm cornbread, roasted squash, or sweet potatoes
🌿 Wild Garlic → mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a warm loaf of bread
🧅 Roscoff Onion → stuffing, roasted chicken, or caramelized onions
🍋 Lemon Olive Oil → roasted fish, green beans, or a finishing butter for vegetables
🌿 Madagascar Vanilla → warm pancakes, roasted sweet potatoes, or a little melted over butternut squash

It’s one of the easiest ways to make your favorite fall dishes a little more special, and with today’s restock, now is a very good time to get your favorites. Next restock will be October 20th and preorders are open online. 🇫🇷

A little look at what’s fresh this week. 🍂

Fall has officially made its way into the produce case, and we’re loving what’s coming in.

🍄 Chanterelles - beautifully golden-yellow, delicate, and wonderfully seasonal. Their color alone feels like fall.

🇮🇹 Autumn Black Truffles - fresh from Italy and available for a limited time while the season lasts.

Houston, our butter selection is getting a little out of hand… and we’re not mad about it.

We’re expanding the lineup with:

🧈 Échiré, Le Gall, Isigny, Beurre Bordier

And for everyone patiently waiting on Bordier: we see you. Our next restocks are October 6th AND October 20th. 🇫🇷

In the meantime, all the others are available now while supplies last. And considering how quickly these butter drops have been going… we have a feeling they won’t be around for long. 😂

We’re expanding our butter selection at DR Delicacy! Our newest addition is Le Gall Beurre de Baratte Demi-Sel, now available online and in-store.

And we’re not stopping there. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be bringing in even more French butters from different regions of France, giving you the chance to explore beyond your usual favorite.

Of course, Beurre Bordier will be back in stock October 6th, but in the meantime, why not discover a new favorite?
