We have so many new followers, so I wanted to introduce our sweet Petunia again! 🐮✨ This is my life every morning and I wouldn't trade it for the world.

Look closely at that texture! When we say whole grain, we actually mean it. This is fresh-milled flour in its purest form, completely unsifted, meaning the nutrient-dense bran and germ are exactly where they belong.

Most commercial "whole wheat" flours are processed, separated, and reconstructed. Ours goes straight from the mill to the bowl, keeping all the natural oils, vitamins, and incredible rustic flavor intact. Your sourdough, rustic loaves, and weekend bakes have never tasted (or felt) so alive. ✨

Our fresh new logo features exactly seven saplings, a little nod to the roots we’re planting and the family growing right here alongside them. She listened to our story and created a brand identity that completely captures the heart of our farm.

We are incredibly proud to announce our official partnership with Janie's Mill.

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to launch our grain and fresh-milling offerings, and finding the right partner was everything to us. Janie’s Mill shares our passion for certified organic, nutrient-dense heritage grains, making them the perfect fit for the Seven Saplings family.

This is Maria, the owner of Morning Star Homestead and she has been my rock this growing season. I am so excited for her u-pick this year and all her beautiful flowers.
