Cheeper Buy Tha Dozen Farm Small poultry hobby farm Those of you who know us, know we are veterans with 10 children and a passion for raising poultry.

Hence our clever name “Cheeper Buy Tha Dozen” Farm. We live on a small farm in breathtaking Jamestown, Ohio. Our incubators and backyard are filled with bearded silkies and true blue Ameruacanas (black, blue & splash). We also have some production egg birds for eating and creating fun breeds. We raise celadon corturnix quail and do have hatching eggs available. We are members of the APA, ABA, and

ASBC under the name “Holley Hen House,” and our flock is NPIP/AI clean. Our goals are to be able to provide hatching eggs, chicks, grow outs, and occasionally pullets/hens.

***Our chicks are ALL STRAIGHT RUN, which means "gender unknown/unsexed." If we sell pullets/hens, they will ONLY be paired with a cockerel/roo, this prevents us from being over run with boys.***

Our Silkies are bred to SOP and are in color separated pens. The pens we have are: Black/Blue/Splash, Paint (Paint, White, & Black, frizzle genes and naked necks in this pen), and the Party Pen (Lavender, Mottled buffs, & blacks). Questions about chicken keeping, we are here for you, ask away, no question is a bad one!!!
