Hey everyone happy spring. I have just put pies out I went back to a 10 inch pies this year the price is $17.00 . I have apple,cherry,very berry,peach, red raspberry,strawberry rhubarb stop in and get one or to for dinner or for Mother’s Day. We still have a few flowers left also. Hey friends a lot of people have been asking about these squash these are Hubbard squash. These squash can last up to 6 months in storage this is a sweet tasty squash some use these for pumpkin pie. They have many nutritional benefits it’s a anti inflammatory food lots of vitamin C and A they are hard to cut my recommendation is to score with a knife if you want to cut in half and drop on concrete or the ground and they usually split where you have scored them. They are kinda ugly looking but very good tasting stop over and try on . We still have lots of butternut,spaghetti squash still have some acorn , mashed potato squash , butter baby squash, delicata and carnival squash ( these are a sweeter version of acorn) .
