We are a family farm raising Black Angus beef specifically for our local community! We sell whole, halves & quarters to customers across Western New York and have been doing so for almost 10 years. For a long time, making the jump from admiring a beautiful steer to proudly talking about the steaks and beef they provide felt hard for me.

But the truth is — this is the purpose of what we do.
⭐️ To raise cattle well
⭐️ To feed them properly

⭐️ To produce beef we are genuinely proud to put on our own dinner table and yours.

A good steak doesn’t happen by accident. It starts years before the grill fires up. It starts in the pasture, in the feed program, in the late nights checking cattle, in paying attention to temperament, health, nutrition, and care.

We are proud of our cattle while they’re standing in the field… and we’re just as proud of the product they become. That connection matters.

JJ & Johnny update ⭐️

I love this calf so much. He's been so reasonable and calm as he comes back into show ring work.

He's actually very sensitive. I have a horsemanship background so I'm probably more in tune with observing that than most people. But he really struts his stuff and thrives with a gentle hand on the halter that makes tiny adjustments and low pressure movements on his face. Truly if you weren't watching closely you'd think I was doing nothing.

The hard part is teaching that to an 8 year old with a huge size disadvantage 🤣 They're both learning well and being patient with each other and that's all I can ask for.

I'm not sure i'd feel comfortable showing a beast that when I was holding his head up, my arm was straight out above my head. That would be massively intimidating and I give JJ props for tackling that.

We will be here walking, washing, rinsing and drying with Johnny Cash until it's time for our first show in July 🥰

Do you remember how small Johnny was this Fall?! He's sure grown up and out! 😜 I added a comparison photo 🥹
