Yankee Beef A NY family farm providing premium beef & pork to our local Buffalo community since 2012. We make & ship pure maple syrup all over the US.

Our Farm Shoppe is open + offers a vast collection of farm goods including meat, dairy, produce, baked goods & more! We are a family farm raising Black Angus beef specifically for our local community! We sell whole, halves & quarters to customers across Western New York and have been doing so for almost 10 years. Quality is our focus from start to finish & we strive to be efficient and effective in our practices.

Attention farmer friends! I've got an opening at ✨ The YB Butchery ✨ for a custom exempt beef next week! This means you bring us your cow + we cut it how you want!

I'll be honest i'm learning a lot about scheduling and balancing the freezer inventory and juggling the aging of halves in the cooler. It's very interesting to see how different types/kinds of beef with different fat cover and diets age differently.

ANYWAY. 🤷🏼‍♀️ In the process of learning I left a gap that I didn't realize until now. SO If you're wondering about a beef spot now or in the future send us a message!
