Nothing but respect for rare breed breeders. We have all put a lot of time, money, and travel as well as blood, sweat and tears into trying to produce the best stock possible. The level of entitlement I myself have experienced from the public is startling. Please I would encourage anyone interested in rare breed rabbits to take the time to read this post. She did a great jobs of putting the struggles of these breeders into words.

We had a crazy, full weekend of rabbit friends and fun at the TRBA State Show last weekend. The rabbits did well and the boys did fantastic in the youth contests. Results below:

Lelan improved so much in breed ID this year. All 3 will compete at the ARBA National Show in Reno, NV this year.

Logan and Lelan got their 6 class rabbits checked in today in Houston and completed in Showmanship. They’ll get results on Tues. Hanging all around the showroom in Houston there are pictures from last year on display. Look what we found!!! So fun!

Congratulations to Logan and his team the Wabbit Warriors for being the 1st place Intermediate Rabbit Judging Team at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo today!!! Lelan also competed today as an individual. So proud of these kids and all their hard work!!! Now on to Wave 1 rabbits tomorrow.

Finally getting around to posting about the Fort Worth Stock Show!! The boys had a great show and really did well in the showmanship contest.
