We grow a great Filipino variety of ʻulu (not the small Maʻafala variety). The fruit is large and firm. Harvested fresh today! About 60 lbs available — $2/lb.

LMK if you’d like to pick some up to make ʻulu fries, mashed ʻulu, roasted or baked ʻulu, ʻulu chips, curry, soups and stews, ʻulu hash, bread, or pancakes!

For my family, I usually use breadfruit in savory dishes. I prep it, cut it into pieces, freeze it in Ziploc bags, and then use it for quick meals with butter, onions, beans, cheese, and eggs.
