UPS should be ashamed of themselves. I ordered 2 queen bees overnight shipping Betterbee UPS said queens would be here between 10-130. Showed up at 845 pm dead. Waste of time and money. I’ll just have to combine hives. The genius driver stuck them in the hot mail box aswell.

You think $15 a pound for honey is to much
Perspective

If we take a conservative estimate of 9,000 labor hours per jar:
9,000 hours×$7.25/hour=$65,250
If you factor in overtime (since worker bees literally work themselves to death in a matter of weeks during the summer peak) or if we used a higher state minimum wage like $15 an hour, that single jar would easily clear $135,000.

That’s not figuring labor of the keeper or their equipment You are getting a great deal
