We sell RAW MILK, Pasteurized Cream Line MILK, CHOCOLATE MILK and Ice Cream made from scratch on the farm with our own cows milk. We are proud to be a family owned and operating dairy farm at the base of Hawk Mountain in Kempton, PA. We currently are milking 70 Holstein cows and crop farm 600 acres. The farm has a PA Raw Milk Permit which enables us to sell Raw Milk directly from the farm and off
the farm. CHOCOLATE MILK is made from Jason's own recipe along with OLD FASHION ICE CREAM MADE FROM SCRATCH on the farm. Stop by and grab a single serve dish or larger size to take to enjoy with family and friends. Some of our milk is made into aged raw milk cheese that is aged a minimum of 60 days. The farm also sells an assortment of YOGURT in greek style, drinkable sMOOthies and regular style, fresh mozzarella, cottage cheese, CHEESE CURDS. All of our bull calves are raised and butchered for freezer beef. Our flock of Rhode Island Red Hens provide us with cage free brown eggs. The chickens are housed in a large fenced in area for their protection from the hawks and coyotes in the area. All of our crops are grown conventionally and are fed to our cows.
