Thanks to a friend I made a salmon frittata . Recipe is based off a salmon quiche his family makes . I didn’t bother doing any fancy plating . Wow oh wow is it good ! It was a winner with all 5 kids that are in the house right now. It was so incredible with my fermented hot sauce .

🤤🤤🤤🤤

Meet the 2026 Vendors!

Cheri Johnson writes:

It started with potholders, the kind kids make with loops on a loom, my mom’s idea to keep my best friend and me out of her hair for the summer. We were “hooked,”so to speak. We loaded those potholders in a red wagon and sold them door-to-door all over the neighborhood. We stayed busy turning our profits into more loops, a snack stash, and comic books. Mom got the break she needed and my entrepreneurial spirit was born!

Arachne’s Web began as a retirement hobby. I got a loom, watched YouTube tutorials, read books, bought yarn. Got a bigger loom, more yarn. Got an even larger loom and even more yarn… a whole wall of it! The pile of scarves, shawls, and table runners grew… and grew… and grew. I started selling to subsidize my habit, I mean, hobby.

And then there was tie dye! A few workshops, more YouTube, another way to play with colors and patterns. The possibilities were endless. Pretty soon, I was experimenting with dye combos, processing methods, and tieing techniques on every dyeable item in sight.

The fiber reactive dyes I use bond with the fabric to produce vibrant colors that resist fading. I favor the ice, rain, snow, and gravity dyeing methods for their infinite variety and color flow.

Stop by my booth and let me show you the results - I’m delighted to be back at Saturday Market at The Goods again this year!
