Monday Motivation (on a Tuesday)
“Be in a room where everyone is genuinely happy for your success.”
Surround yourself with people who celebrate your wins as if they were their own.
The right people don’t get quieter when you succeed. They don’t become jealous, look for reasons to discredit what you’ve accomplished, or wait for you to stumble. They’re in your corner. They’re proud of you. They want to see you keep winning.
And make sure you’re that person for others, too.
Celebrate their wins. Clap when it isn’t your turn. Be genuinely excited when someone else accomplishes something they’ve worked hard for.
Someone else’s success doesn’t take anything away from yours.
Find a room full of people who want to see each other win—and be one of those people.
