The roastery will be closed on May 25th for Memorial Day but open again bright and early on Tuesday next week! We're still roasting away this week for you until Friday evening!

Our oldest son and my fellow coffee roaster is headed off to Virginia tomorrow for an awesome five-month apprenticeship in Virginia at Joel Salatin's 900 acre farm! Out of hundreds of applicants, Kai was one of only 11 to be selected for this fantastic program where he will get to hone his farming skills with the "Lunatic Farmer" himself. This Christian farm uses regenerative farming techniques that our country sorely needs in order to get back to healthy practices again and we are so excited for Kai! We're also going to miss him a great deal but look forward to his return and his coffee roasting and farming skills again at the Wright Farm!
