**Buttermilk Biscuits** - cue Sir Mix-A-Lot

Zach’s been locked in the dungeon…. (read kitchen) since Mother’s Day, covered in flour and muttering things that definitely aren’t in the employee handbook. But he has emerged victorious, covered in flour and questioning his life choices. The man is dialed in, and the biscuit program is officially getting out of hand in the best way.

So if you see him this weekend, tell him his biscuits are incredible.
He needs the emotional support more than the caffeine.

And big shoutout to for the square‑biscuit inspiration. We see you. We respect you. (Seriously if you haven’t tried what they’re doing, check them out)

Some buffet is out here calling themselves the “premier brunch in KC,” and honestly we love that for them.
It’s cute watching a steam table try to manifest confidence while its eggs slowly reincarnate into drywall paste.

Meanwhile, over here in **premium brunch territory**, we’re cooking food that hasn’t spent three hours in a stainless‑steel sauna.
And because we enjoy causing emotional damage before noon, we’re dropping **Beignets** as a brunch app — fresh, hot, powdered, and absolutely not served next to a pan of bacon that crunches like regret.

Come see why we don’t need to call ourselves “premier.”
We just let the buffets keep embarrassing themselves.
