I am a self-taught chef extraordinaire (or at least this is what my husband tells me). I have had my fingers in everything food service since I can remember. Having a family and being career driven in food service was challenging but after a rewarding career it was time to take all my ideas, skills and knowledge to the masses. Vigis Parties (pronounced VeeGees just in case you were wondering) was

a part time endeavor for some time but in Nov 2016 my husband talked me into leaving the corporate catering environment and going into business for myself. I love food, people and all things parties when it comes to putting on a great event. Business Meetings, Family Events & Friendly Gatherings are my favorite events to be a part of.

Slow roasted beef topped with a red wine Demi glaze with caramelized onions 🧅, smashed red skinned potatoes and lots of carrots! 🥕 (gf)

Sunday Supper $15
Classic with out the breading homemade Chicken Parmesan over penne with Sunday sauce … grandmas sauce at its best topped with mozzarella and served with a slice of garlic bread

Lemon pepper Salmon over wild rice with garlic green beans

Protein Packed tomato pie $15
Melissa’s homemade tomato pie with fresh local Roma tomatoes 🍅, blended cottage greens with lemon dressing and fruit cup

Tuscan shrimp $16
Herb Shrimp, orzo, spinach, roasted red peppers finished with lemon white wine sauce

Seasonal side salads available $10 each
Greens, Cherry, almonds, goat cheese, cucumber w/honey champagne dressing
