Students in the Lemon Tree are team-taught and directed by Emily DeWitt, a lecturer in the Department of Dietetics and Human Nutrition, and Chef Rachel Bryant, Teaching Kitchen Operations and Food Systems Coordinator in the Department of Dietetics and Human Nutrition. DeWitt is a Registered Dietitian and Chef Bryant is a professional chef with a wealth of experience and passion for culinary arts and nutrition.

Last Tuesday, we had the first of two student-prepared menus for the week! For the first menu, the students picked Caesar Salad, Crispy Chicken Cutlets with Creamy Lemon Parmesan Pasta, Garlic Knots, and Lemon Ricotta Cheesecake Bars 🍝🍮

We were thrilled to have Chef Tanya Whitehouse and Chef Tem Burikhanov join us for an extraordinary service last Thursday! Their menu featured Hominy & Roasted Corn Salad, Pepper Jelly Sausage Ball Hoagies, a Roast Winter Vegetable Salad with Sorghum Vinaigrette, and Sticky Toffee Pudding🍮🍞🥗
