Our herds are working virgin pasture this year, and you can really see the difference from where they were to where they are now. This area will take a few years to really show improvement in diversity, forage and soil health but our pigs are up for the job!

We take this group in for processing TOMORROW. Today is the final day to reserve WHOLE chickens. We will have cuts available for individual purchase, but only provide whole birds upon reservation.

$6/lb and they average between 4-7lbs.

•Pasture raised and rotated
•No antibiotics
•No hormones
•USDA processed, flash frozen, vacuum sealed
