Who has a sweet potato in the pantry? I do, follow for my twist with our spices in the flavor packed dish. From basic to bougie! Thank chef.

Credit to Roasted Sweet Potatoes 🍠w/ Smoked Paprika Maple Tahini Sauce. Turn your sides into mains with this dish. Full Recipe in Caption

For sweet potatoes:
4 medium sweet potatoes or 3 large sweet potatoes
3 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
3/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder

For Garlic Tahini sauce:
1/4 cup Tahini
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
1/4 cup Water
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Smoked paprika
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Zest of 1 lemon
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt

1️⃣ Pre-heat oven to 400°
2️⃣ Cut the sweet potatoes into 2 in pieces. In a large bowl, add the sweet potatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oil, salt, pepper. Mix until well combined. Transfer to parchment line sheet tray and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the. the garlic tahini sauce: In a bowl add the tahini, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, lemon zest, pamper syrup, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil and mix well until incorporated. Add the water and keep whisking until the sauce transforms into a perfectly smooth, creamy, and pourable consistency.
4️⃣ Transfer the roasted sweet potatoes in a serving platter, drizzle with the garlic tahini sauce, garnish with green onions, serve and Devour!

I'm not a fan of Chocolate, but this is outrageous. We need to shut down these labs before they make more folks sick!

Credit to Lab-grown chocolate is exactly what it sounds like...

chocolate that isn’t grown on trees anymore.

Instead of real cacao farms, they take cells from a cacao plant, grow them in lab tanks with nutrients and sugars, multiply them fast, then ferment and roast it into chocolate.

The big companies getting into this are Puratos, Mondelēz International, Lindt & Sprüngli, and Barry Callebaut.

Here’s the real issue no one talks about:

There’s no long-term human data on this yet, so we don’t actually know what it does to the body over time.

The bigger question is... will it even be labeled clearly?

Or are people just gonna be eating it without realizing what it actually is?

A dinner for those crazy busy end of school year nights. Prep the night before, then grill.

High-protein, easy, and perfect for weeknight grilling.

🔥 Smoky Chicken Skewers with Garlic Yogurt Marinade & Tangy Herb Oil 🔥

Serves 3–4

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into skewer-sized chunks
⅔ cup Greek yogurt (full-fat preferred)
Zest & juice of 1 lemon
4 cloves garlic, grated or finely minced
1.5 tsp ground cumin
1.5 tsp smoked paprika
1.5 tsp dried oregano
1.5 tsp Aleppo pepper
1.5 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper
1½ tbsp honey
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 cup Tangy Herb Oil (Comment recipe and I’ll send it your way food fam!👨‍🍳)

In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon zest + juice, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, Aleppo pepper, salt, pepper, honey, and olive oil until smooth.

Add chicken and toss until fully coated. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour (longer = better).

Thread onto skewers.

Grill over medium-high heat 4–5 minutes per side until charred and cooked through (165° internal).

Drizzle with tangy herb oil while hot and serve with cauliflower tabbouleh.
