Made some Blueberry Blondies for the crew this week and thought we would share the recipe! They only come out extra delicious if you use our farm fresh blueberries and eggs!

Blueberry Blondies
-7 Tablespoons Salted Butter
-1 c. Dark Brown Sugar
-1 5 Rider's Farm Egg
-2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
-1/2 Teaspoon Salt
-1/4 Baking Powder
-1 cup Flour
-2/3 cup @5 Rider's Farm Fresh Blueberries
-1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips

Brown Butter on the stove and let cool!
Beat Butter and Brown Sugar together until creamed. Add in add, vanilla, Salt, and baking powder, beat again until combined. Add in flour and mi until just incorporated, don't over mix. Fold in Blueberries and White Chocolate Chips
Baked at 350 for 25-30 minutes

The Farm house is getting some love this week woth a big brand new roof! This has been in the making for a while so super exciting!!! The roof they are pulling off is about 120years old some sections so it definitely held up well.
