On September 15th we will have our freezers packed with 1600 lbs of beef. Cuts from fillet, ribeye and Sirlion to Osso bucco, short ribs and ground beef. Many more cuts available too.

We birth our cows, we raise our small herd, we feed them well, we don’t purchase from auctions. We are the real deal.

We are now offering 1/8 beef share which is 45 lbs of beef including rib, Sirlion, roasts, ny strip, short ribs, ground beef and more for only $550.
